Dallas Arboretum with the D780

My wife and I spent the morning at the Dallas Arboretum. It was the first time I’ve been able to get out and shoot with my D780, and I’m very happy with the quality of the images coming out of the camera!

The day was very bright and sunny, with little to no cloud cover; an excellent day for walking around the arboretum and breathing fresh air, listening to bird-song, and smelling the roses, but not so great for photography. My wife was kind enough to hold a 2-stop diffuser for me to shade the flowers, and that made all the difference in the world! Today was the end of the season for the tulips, so not much to shoot there, but still a good day.

Enjoy!
